Reseller Terms & Conditions

1. Resellers are expected to make sufficient deposit to cover its usage. In the case of weekend and long holiday resellers are expected to make the payments prior to the closure. In case of any intermediary bank charges resellers are expected to make the payment for the same and it will not be bored by IBSYS Telecom.

2. If the Reseller account is lock due to the nonpayment / no balance there will be a connection fee of $50. Until the payment reaches the account of IBSYS Telecom is will be considered as not received.

3. Resellers are responsible to check on the balance of the account from the system. IBSYS Telecom will not be responsible for providing any reminder for payment through they might be doing that pro-actively.

4. Reseller will email the wire scan copy to sales@ibsystelecom.com to have the sales team update with the accounts department.

5. Reseller agrees not to share the buying rates related matter with any third party.

6. IBSYS Telecom retains the right to cancel any reseller-ship to protect its business interest. In which case IBSYS Telecom will return the deposit amount within seven (7) working days.
